Accessing help & support

To quickly access the ‘Help and Support’ feature, click on the ‘?’ next to the menu on the home screen. 

Accessing home 

To quickly access the home screen, click on the first icon from the left at the bottom of the home screen.  

Accessing exercise coach

To access the exercise coach quickly, click on the second icon from the left at the bottom of the home screen.

Accessing camera 

To access the camera to take a picture of your food quickly, click on the third icon from the left at the bottom of the home screen. 

Accessing diet coach 

To access the diet coach quickly, click on the fourth icon from the left at the bottom of the home screen.
