Create a user account for Healea Provider Portal

Follow the below steps to create a provider account.
  1. Select "Doctor" or "Allied"  from the given option

  1. Enter your personal and profession details in the form below.


  1. Click 'Next' to receive a verification code to your email address.



  1. Enter the verification code from your email sent by Healea Support and click ‘Next' to continue to your login.  Note: if required click on 'Resend Code' to receive a new code.




Tips:

  1. You can search the address by typing a few letters of your address or copy/paste your address from elsewhere for the system to provide you with best possible addresses to choose from.
  2. Password must be min 10 characters, and contain at least one or more Special Character, Uppercase, Number and Lowercase.  We recommended using strong password to prevent unauthorised access to your data.
