Track your diet goal


Click on the menu option and navigate to the Diet Coach screen. 



Click on the tracking icon  in your desired diet goal. 



On the next screen, click ‘Add’ next to the type of meals to add your food. 



You will now get the option to search for your food from the database. Simply run a search on ‘Search from your food’ to get your food. 
































If you can’t find your food in our database, you can create one. Click on ‘Create New Food’ to create a new food entry.  

 

The next screen will give you the option of ‘Pix Your Food’. Click on it and take a picture of your food to enter it in your app. 



You also have the option to enter your food as a Recipe.

Click on the ‘Recipes’ tab in the right upper-hand corner. On the recipe tab, click on ‘+’ in the bottom right-hand corner.  



Enter type of meal and name your recipe on the next screen. 

Then, enter the number of serves for the entire recipe and search the name of the ingredients from our database.

Next, enter the number of serves for the ingredient and click ‘Add Ingredients'.

Once all ingredients are added, click on ‘Save Recipe’ to save your food.

      To delete a diet goal, go to the Diet Coach screen by clicking on the menu. Click on the bin icon next to Goals and choose your desired diet goal to delete.
