Click on the planning icon
in desired diet goal.
The following screen will give you options to set up your diet plan by entering your food from our database or your caloric value.
Click on ‘Calorie value- Set your diet plan from calorie’.
Next, enter the daily caloric value for different meal types.
And then, set the start date and end date and select the days of the week (weekends or weekdays or all days) you plan on following this caloric-value diet. Click ‘Save’ once done.
