Planning diet goal

You can plan diet goal through database or calorie value. 

Setting diet goals from the database 

Click on the menu option and navigate to the Diet Coach screen. 


    



























Click on the planning icon  in desired diet goal. 



The following screen will give you options to set up your diet plan by entering your food from our database or your caloric value. 


     
Click on ‘Diet Plan- Set your diet plan from food db’. 



Then, select the type of meal and search for your food from our database. Next, enter the number of serves and days (weekends or weekdays or all days). 



Next, select the start date and end date to which you want to follow this diet plan and click on ‘Save’. 


     
Setting a diet plan using the caloric value

If you plan to set up our diet plan using caloric value, click on the menu option and navigate to the Diet Coach screen. 






























Click on the planning icon  in desired diet goal. 



The following screen will give you options to set up your diet plan by entering your food from our database or your caloric value. 



Click on ‘Calorie value- Set your diet plan from calorie’. 


     
Next, enter the daily caloric value for different meal types. 



And then, set the start date and end date and select the days of the week (weekends or weekdays or all days) you plan on following this caloric-value diet. Click ‘Save’ once done.
