Plan Your Exercise Goal


Setting exercise plan using images

Click on the menu option and navigate to the Exercise Coach screen. 


Click on the planning icon  for any particular exercise goal.



The following screen will give you options to set up your exercise plan by either selecting exercises or by enteric burnt value. 


 
Click on Exercise Plan ‘Set your exercise plan from image’. 



Then, select the type of exercise you prefer to do from the images. 



Next, select your workout type, minutes, days, and dates for this exercise regimen and click ‘Save’. 



Setting exercise plan using the burnt value

If you plan on setting up our exercise plan using burnt value, click on the menu option and navigate to the Exercise Coach screen. 
































Click on the planning icon  in any of your desired exercise goals. 



The following screen will give you options to set up your exercise plan by either selecting exercises or by enteric burnt value. 



Click on Burnt Value ‘Set your exercise plan from calorie’. 



Next, enter the caloric value you wish to burn every day. Set the start and end dates and minutes and select the days of the week (weekend or weekdays or all days) you are planning on following this. 

Click ‘Save’ once done. 






You can select weekdays or weekends or both as per your preference.
