Adding a new exercise goal
Click on the menu and navigate to Exercise Coach.
Now add a new exercise goal by clicking on ‘+.’
The next screen will give you the option to add your exercise goal from our database. Simply search the database or choose one of the pre-created exercise goals.
Click on the pre-created exercise goals to edit and add start and end dates and click ‘Save’ to create a goal.

You can add as many goals as you want and track them.

Edit your exercise goal
