Accessing knowledge base

Click on the "?" to go to 'Help and Support'



Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘Sign In', if you have not signed in already. 

If you have not signed up before, we strongly encourage to do so as most of the knowledge base articles are available to registered users only.


Click on the 'Knowledge Base' to go the articles library or search for any article using 'Search' bar in the top section.
